Understanding your insurance benefits can be a confusing process. GBC aba is here to help answer your questions and walk you through the insurance verification process.
- GBC accepts most insurance policies and we will verify this with you during the intake.
- If prior Authorization is required we will complete that process for you with your insurance.
- We also have information on grants available for assistance if needed.
- We can also help you set up a payment plan that best fits your schedule if needed.
To get started, please complete our new client intake form. Once you have submitted the form an intake coordinator will contact you to review your information and verify your insurance.
- A copy of the member’s insurance ID card (front and back)
- A copy of the client’s diagnosis/recommendation for ABA
